Neat Nutrition was founded by former GB swimmers Charlie Turner and Lee Forster who, after years of being on the athlete side of sports nutrition, wanted to create a product they could that was well sourced, cleanly produced and tasted great.
Powertek Services Ltd based in Portishead, Bristol, have been involved in providing their customers with temporary power solutions since forming in 2001. Powertek is owned and managed by Father and Son Mark & Matthew Paul, both have many years experience in the plant industry. A family run business centered on customer service which has enabled Powertek to grow to employing ten members of staff.
Sailfish Marine have provided the team with a state of the art and a superior watermaker that will keep us hydrated until the end of the race. They are a small company specialising in Marine watermakers, Generators and renewable DC power, based near Southampton, UK. They have many years of experience in the industry and thoroughly test every item they sell to make sure it stands up to the tough environments of blue water cruising.
Universal Safety are renown in the marine world for providing top quality safety equipment in both commercial and leisure means. It's this equipment the team will be utilising to ensure should the worst happen, we are in safe hands. We will be using their top quality emergency beacon equipment; an EPIRB for the boat that sends a GPS coordinate when in danger as well as smaller personal EPIRBs that we will have in our grab bags for a quit exit out of the boat.
